For the purpose of this website I wish to clarify some legal terms to protect you and me and in general avoid conflict particularly of legal nature. This site is a private space within a public space. The projects contained within are private spaces owned by their respective submitters. All projects and works of writing are and will remain owned by their original creators/submitters.

SPACE - A physical space, artistic medium, or digital domain

1. Private space

   1. You have the right to free speech which is, that you can express in any way your thoughts, opinions, and beliefs without fear of retaliation or retribution for your expression

   2. You have the right to limit/restrict the ideas, opinions, and beliefs that are expressed and how within your private space so as to prevent you having to be exposed to them or otherwise interact with them.

2. Public space

   1. You have the right to express that you have opinions, beliefs, and ideas.

   2. You have the right to express your ideas, opinions, and beliefs so long as they are within any guidelines or restrictions applied by public consent within that space.

   3. You furthermore have the right to express your ideas, opinions, and beliefs in any manner deemed fit by the guidelines and restrictions of the public space as determined by public consent of that space.
